If you’ve spent most of your life questioning if you’re enough or too much...

Maybe you’re anxious, overwhelmed, hard on yourself, or stuck in patterns you understand but can’t seem to change. You want deeper relationships and a little more ease in your own life—but your brain is very good at finding the next thing to worry about.

You might spend a lot of time questioning your decisions, replaying conversations, or wondering how other people feel about you. You want to feel deeply connected to people, but you're also a little terrified of being fully seen. Even when things are going well, some part of you is waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Living this way is exhausting. It can be hard to slow down, trust yourself, or actually be present in the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t about getting rid of the anxious, perfectionistic, overthinking parts of you. We’ll get curious about where they came from, what they’ve been trying to do for you, and what might happen if they didn’t have to work quite so hard anymore.

Together, we’ll make space for all of you, the parts that worry, protect, overthink, want closeness, fear closeness, and everything in between. And we’ll work toward a relationship with yourself and others that feels less driven by fear and a little more like home.

Starting (or restarting) therapy can feel daunting. If something here feels familiar, I’d love to hear more about you and what’s bringing you in.
